Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Wife of the petitioner died within seven years of her marriage in unnatural circumstances. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same soon before death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that several witnesses have stated before the police that fire caught the victim while she was cooking food. Petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2018. Investigation of the case is complete against the petitioner.

The maternal family members of the deceased have supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the

Considering the presumption of law against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him of bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) Police Station Case No. 47 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
