This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of commission of physical relation on inducement of marriage. The parties have entered into a compromise. Considering the fact that the matter is of consensual sex between two adults, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Majhouliya P.S.
