====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-397, 411/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that police saw these petitioners with other accused on the motorcycle near registry office and seeing the police party, three miscreants tried to run away. The police chased and apprehended them.

It has been submitted that one mobile and one key has been recovered from possession of petitioner No. 1 whereas; one mobile was recovered from possession of petitioner No. 2. It has further been submitted that the alleged motorcycle belongs to petitioner No. 1 and as per report, the same stands in the name of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20801 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 his mother.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioners.
