The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the allegation of causing firearm injury to the deceased, uncle of the informant, is against Kamala Yadav, Manish Yadav, Dharmendra Sah, Pappu Yadav, Mukesh Yadav, Shankar Yadeav and Rajesh Yadav @ Karia Yadav. Only it has come against the petitioner that before the occurrence,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15089 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 petitioner was seen moving on motorcycle near the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
