JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Following is the grievance which the petitioner has raised:- "That the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Hon'ble court invoking the extra writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to make he adequate compensation to the petitioner with interest in whose land measuring 79 decimal appertaining to RSP No. 24 RSP No. 49 respondents are forcibly doing construction without prior information to the petitioner and his consent and the

The petitioner has remedy of approaching the Grievance Redressal Officer under Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which he can avail. If the petitioner makes an application under the said Act, the Court expects that his application shall be disposed of within the time limit prescribed under the Act and the Rules framed thereunder. This application is disposed of with the above observations and directions.
