2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 288 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that she has participated in the assault of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2024 and has clean antecedent. Petitioner is a woman and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua/concerned Court below in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 288 of 2024.

8. This application for bail stands allowed.
