The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the hut standing in the agricultural field of the petitioner. In view of the allegations levelled against the
