JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to Principal Addl. Advocate General no.2.
The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 06.05.2016 passed in C.W.J.C.No.20032 of 2011 only to the extend of party position of Respondent nos. 4 to
6. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to inadvertence, in the writ petition, Respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6,
Patna High Court MJC No.3231 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 who were Block Development Officer, Block Education Officer and Pramukh, were wrongly shown as Officers of Navinagar, Aurangabad instead of Sadar Block, Aurangabad. Since the writ petition was allowed for implementing the order of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Aurangabad, the Court considers that there is no difficulty in making the correction in the order, as has been prayed. Accordingly, in place of Block Development Officer, Navinagar, Aurangabad (Respondent no.4), it may be read as Block Development Officer, Sadar Block, Aurangabad. In place of Block Education Officer, Navinagar, Aurangabad (Respondent no.5), it may be read as Block Education Officer, Sadar Block, Aurangabad and in place of Pramukh, Navinagar Block, Aurangabad (Respondent no.6), it may be read as Pramukh, Sadar Block, Aurangabad.
Accordingly, the order dated 06.05.2016 stands modified, as indicated above.
