2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot with stolen vehicle . Petitioner is neither owner of the said vehicle nor he has any concern with the alleged vehicle. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM barh Patna in connection with Athmagola P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438
(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
