It is the case of the petitioner that although the constituency in question was unreserved in the previous panchayat election but the petitioner is apprehensive that it is going to be reserved by fudging the population data on the category wise data.

In my opinion the fear of the petitioner is plainly apprehensive with no foundation and in such circumstances no mandamus can be issued.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1755 of 2016 (2) dt.28-01-2016 The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
