This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 47 and 53 of the Bihar Excise Act.

From possession of this petitioner only three cartridges were recovered. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Nalanda at Biharsharif, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
