The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 14 liters of illicit liquor near the house of oneParas Bhagat and the petitioner was going from the side of the said house when he was arrested.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019.
