Petitioner is accused in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that he has no concern with the seized material. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.01.2017.
