JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-11-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the District Magistrate, Munger ( respondent no. 3) to dispose of the Supply Appeal filed against the cancellation of the petitioner's PDS license.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said appeal has been pending since 21.10.2014 which however was required to be disposed of within 60 days from the date of its filing in terms of Clause 15(i) of the Bihar Control Order, 2001.

3. None appears on behalf of the respondents despite repeated calls. No counter affidavit has also been filed.
