2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'dowry death'.

4. Petitioner is aunt of husband of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus. Petitioner is lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15633 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Barh (Patna) in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
