Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR of robbery is against unknown persons. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused and he is in custody since 27.04.2016. The petitioner is named in 13 cases as accused. The petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit along with FIR of those cases referred in paragraph 3 of the bail petition to substantiate that in most of the cases the petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name was dragged in the confessional statement of co-accused. No.9087 of 2017 (4) dt.18-04-2017 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad/Successor Court, in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.24 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
