The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(i), 33, 34(i)(ii), 36, 38(i)(iii) and 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.
The informant got informant that at the poultry farm of one Rajesh Singh, country made liquor is manufactured and packed using packing machine. On such information, the police reached at the place and arrested the petitioner while he was fleeing away from the place of occurrence.
Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concern with the poultry farm of Rajesh Singh and manufacturing of the wine. He had only gone there to see the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19147 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 poultry farm. The petitioner is in jail since 04.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017.
