2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agiaon(G) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of having fired at the shopkeeper after he did not give him Samosa without payment.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2024.

5. Considering the fact that it is a case of extortion and also considering the fact that the petitioner has antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
