The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar, who disclosed the name of petitioner and others, as his associates. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11023 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, District - Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 269 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
