The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons committed murder of the informant's brother, namely, Rajesh Prasad. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on confessional statement of co-accused. There is no eye witness to the alleged

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sohail P.S. case No.17 of 2017.
