2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating the contempt proceeding against the opposite party no. 4 for his deliberate and willful violating the order dated 27.06.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 4769 of 2024.

3. Mr. Dhaneshwar Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order stands complied and as such
