Petitioner is accused in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Braham) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2016 registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 27 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Kamlesh Singh @ Vikky has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 7777 of 2017. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
