The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary, which is due since, 2013. Learned counsel for the Sanskrit Shiksha Board admits the factual position that the services of the petitioner has been approved by the Board, but he submits that unless the bill is presented by the Headmaster of the school, in question, before the respondent no.5 (District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No. 18308 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 (Establishment), Khagaria) payment is not possible. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Headmaster of Awadh Bihari Sanskrit High School, Rahimpur, Khagaria to prepare the bill for payment of salary to the petitioner and submit before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria, who shall take appropriate decision in the light of the decision of the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board granting approval of services of the petitioner and ensure payment of salary.

The Headmaster of the school, in question, is required to prepare the bill and submit before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and further within a period of 30 days the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria shall take steps for payment of salary to the petitioner.
