2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 34, 323, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, even after receiving the consideration money in advance, refused to register the land in favour of the mother of the complainant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that this petitioner was broker of the said sale and purchase of the land between the complainant and

It is further submitted that two cheques of Rs. 10,00,000/- each was given to the petitioner by the complainant, which were dishonoured and when the petitioner filed Complaint Case No. 1344 C of 2022, this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner and other accused persons. It is further submitted that the dispute is of civil nature for which the complainant has got alternative remedies. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of dispute, case and counter-case and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Danapur, in connection with Complaint Case No.1552(c) of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
