The present writ petition has bee filed for direction to the respondents for mutation of the land of the petitioner on the basis of the judgment and decree dated 28.04.2017 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Sub-Judge-VII Gaya in Title Suit No. 11 of 2015/ 96/2011..

The Circle Officer Manpur Gaya is directed to dispose of the application dated 10.04.2018 within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
