====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No.198 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 323, 354, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries caused are simple in nature. However, from the injury report, it appears that lacerated cut wound in size 4"x1" mid brain left side parietal region caused by hard and blunt weapon. Taking into consideration that there are several injuries caused on several persons on the head and other part of the body I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
