Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a trance gender and six liters of country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from his possession and is in custody since 10.08.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with C-1 269 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11293 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
