The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has been made accused in connection with loot of motorcycle, money and mobile along with other miscreants. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case informant has produced the looted motorcycle next day before the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mis-identity petitioner is made accused in the instant case. He submits that petitioner is

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.11.2018, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018.
