ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 1183C of 2012 registered for offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that prior to the filing of the present case, the petitioner had already filed Matrimonial Case No. 59 of 2011 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas (Sasaram). As a consequence of the said case, the complainant had filed the present case in which the petitioner is facing prosecution.

No.11821 of 2014 (6) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and submissions and also the fact that it appears that some sort of divorce between the parties had already been effected, let the above named petitioner, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Complaint Case No. 1183C of 2012, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C.
