JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to seek redressal of his grievance, regarding his appointment as P.D.S. dealer in Gram Panchayat Birpur, Block-Raghopur, District-Vaishali at Hajipur on compassionate ground, before the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Having regard to the short prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 by filing appropriate application within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the learned Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur shall
