Patna High Court CWJC No.3946 of 2020(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 91, situated at Mauza-Bahadurpur, P.S.-Sabour, District-Bhagalpur, however, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the land in question is raiyati land of the petitioner/private person, hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
