2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 119(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) & 103(1) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of brother of informant by means of sharp-edged spade, on account of which, brother of informant died during treatment, whereas other co-accused persons also attacked informant and deceased with Lathi, Danda & knife. Petitioner appears to be assailant of the deceased.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10656 of 2026(2) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 custody since 18.10.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
