The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim girl was in love affair with one Ajay Kumar Sharaswat and she got married with him. Ajay Kumar Sharaswat has been granted regular bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on the aforesaid ground vide Cr. Misc. No. 54221 of 2016 dated 21.12.2016. It has further been submitted that the case has now been compromised between the parties and the victim girl has also put her signature in the compromise petition.

No.4974 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 In the written report there is allegation against this petitioner that he took the victim girl who is niece of the informant on tempo and when informant enquired about the victim girl then petitioner and his wife did not allow him to enter into the house. As such there is general allegation against the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-IX -cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
