2. The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " a. For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of Certiorari for issuance of declaration /to hold and declare that election

Patna High Court CWJC No.3261 of 2022(3) dt.25-02-2025 2/3 held for the Post of "Vahini Mukhyalaya Pratinidhi" of Special Armed Forces -7. Bihar Police Association held on 20.09.2021 on the direction of Commandant Special Aermed Forces -7. Bihar Police Association is null and void.

b. For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of Certiorari to respondent to the extent of correcting the result for the post of "Vahini Mukhyalaya Pratinidhi vide memo no. 159 dated 22.09.2021 and re publish it.

c. For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of the certiorari directing the State Government to annul the Result of the election held on 20.11.2021 holding It illegal for the reason it has been conducted bypassing the provision of Notification no, no.864 and 2058 (hereinafter referred as "Rules ").

d. For issuance of writ in the nature of writ the nature of the mandamus directing the authorities to reconsider for re-election in the light of the facts and circumstance presented in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3261 of 2022(3) dt.25-02-2025 3/3 this case.

e. For issuance of writ in the nature of writ directing the Commandant, BMP 7. Katihar to hear this petitioner while deciding his representation dated 22.09.2021 to hold Impugned election illegal.

f. Any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case." .

3. In this case on 07.10.2024, three weeks peremptory time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defect(s).

4. As it was a peremptory order and was not complied with, it stands dismissed on 28.10.2024.
