On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.217 of 2019, pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22017 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 in the court of learned ACJM-IX, Gopalganj, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The order dated 09.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55562 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. 5.
