This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was employee in the company.
Allegation is that the informant had implicated this petitioner in a case of theft of mobile of the company on the basis of video footage and the petitioner was removed from the job. For that grudge, the petitioner along with his criminal associates variously armed came to the business premise of the informant and snatched money etc. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2016. Considering the background of allegation as well as the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, or successor Court.
