After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 15.05.2015 passed in Objection Case No. 58 of 2014, by the District Appellate Authority, Education Department, Muzaffarpur.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
