The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. To declare Bihar State Road Transport Corporation Employees Gratuity Regulations, 1970 is ultra vires to Articles 14 & 21 read with Article 300A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to Payment of Gratuity Act 1972.
ii.
Issuance of a direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the letter no.934 dated 21/03/2015 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 2 by which
Patna High Court CWJC No.12773 of 2015(3) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 claim for interest in delayed payment of Gratuity of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that there is no provision for payment of interest in 'The Regulation'.
Iii.
Issuance of a direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of interest in delayed payment of Gratuity amount of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievance, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
