JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341/324/307/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury with farsa at the head of the husband of the informant during the course of occurrence of assault. The doctor has found incised wound on the mid-parietal region simple in nature caused by sharp cutting weapon.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
