Cr. Misc. No. 10545 of 2015 was dismissed for noncompliance of the Court's order dated 11.12.2017 whereby the petitioner was to file requisites for notice against opposite party no.2.

This application is for setting aside the dismissal and restoration of the aforesaid criminal miscellaneous. Opposite party no.2 has already appeared in the case. Therefore, there is no need for further notice to opposite party no.2 in Cr. Misc. No. 10545 of 2015.
