This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 734 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections-420, 406, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since the warrant of arrest has been issued, he apprehends his arrest. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that allegation of issuance of cheque, which bounced, is against Satyanarayan Kumar, the brother of the present petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has been implicated only to create some undue pressure. He has further submitted that the dispute
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4188 of 2016 (3) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 between the parties, appears toi be civil in nature. Be that as it may, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 734 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
