This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Palasi PS Case No. 6 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 21.300 liters of Nepali wile were recovered in the instant case. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is custody since 08.01.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 08.01.2019, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10212 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Araria in connection with Palasi PS Case No. 6 of 2019.
