4. Modification of any judicial order or judgment is permissible if there are only typographical error and not otherwise. Therefore, we decline to entertain the present MJC for modification of the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in CWJC No. 18416 of 2017.

5. Accordingly, the present MJC for modification stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file civil review petition if he is so advised.
