JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard the parties, Petitioner's application for grant of arms licence for D.B.B.L. gun has been rejected on the ground that he was unable to produce any specific evidence in respect of any threat perception upon him.

In my view, that ground is not available for refusal. Accordingly, this writ application stands allowed in terms of the decision of this Court rendered in Manish Kumar AIR 2016 Pat 9. The matter is remitted back to the licensing authority for
