2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 296/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 143, 144 of B.N.S. and Sections 3, 4 of POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have committed unnatural sex with the victim (son of informant).

4. The victim, in his statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S., 2023, has supported the prosecution case.
