The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 465/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 36 of the Excise Act.

About ninety litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.11.2016. The petitioner has remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
