This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who is accused in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 for offences under Sections 397, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
From perusal of F.I.R. it appears that petitioner, Ranjeet Kumar and Balajee Yadav were apprehended by the police on 20th January, 2017 on the suspicion that they are involved in theft of motorcycle near registry office. In the written complaint there is specific allegation that during course of investigation that Ranjeet Kumar has admitted that he is involved in theft of motorcycle and loot, the co-accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20728 of 2017 (4) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 Ranjeet Kumar and Balajee Yadav who were apprehended along with the petitioner were granted bail by this Hon'ble court vide order dated 05.05.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 20801 of 2017. In view of the facts and circumstance mentioned above and the statement made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura or his successor Court, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017, subject to the condition that he will extend full co-operation in the case and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses or the evidence.
