In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 427, 435, 436, 440, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 13, 16, 18, 19, 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

In the present case, an allegation has been made that in the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Jharkhand, large number of persons came and exploded the construction. The petitioner has criminal antecedent of altogether 14 criminal cases as mentioned in paragraph no.11 of the Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10531 of 2020(4) dt.26-08-2020 2/2 Diary but, in the present petition, it has been mentioned of there being five cases pending against him which is nothing but suppression of fact. At the same time, the petitioner is a historysheeter. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, above named.

Accordingly, the prayer for of the petitioner is rejected.
