Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 504 of 2016 registered under Sections- 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence. He has been in custody since 25.10.2016. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10464 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16201 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge III, Supaul in connection with Sessions Trial No. 9 of 2017 arising out of Supaul P.S. Case No. 504 of 2016.
