2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ for setting aside the order dated 17.08.2016 passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.19589 of 2016(4) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 the Bihar Land Tribunal Patna in B.L.T. Case No.270 of 2016 as contained in Annexure-5 by which the order dated 02.11.2015 passed by the Respondent Divisional Commissioner Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur in Ceiling Pre-emption Revision Case No.171 of 2014 has been set aside which was filed by the petitioner under section 32 of Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act 1961."

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter relates to pre-emption and now it stands abated, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
